Terms of Registration:
If you want to cancel or change your status (online or in-person) for the Forum, you may do so one time free of charge before May 15, 2024. After May 15, 2024, a 50 USD fee will be charged for all status changes. Post-May 15, 2024, cancellations will be accepted for $125.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Refunds may be granted if an attendee cannot attend the Forum due to a family death, emergency illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such an event, the ICSB International Office must be contacted in writing by either letter or e-mail with the situation’s details and a request for a refund. Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests will not be accepted after one week post-congress.
ICSB can cancel any forum registration based on harmful actions.
Please note that this registration does not include room and board.
